<span style="font-family: inherit;">L'iniziativa è nata nell'ambito dell'<a href="http://www.fondazioneslowfood.it/pagine/ita/alleanza/pagina.lasso?-id_pg=147" target="_blank">Alleanza tra i cuochi italiani e i Presidi Slow Food</a> a cui il titolare Angelo Cencia è stato il primo a Terracina ad aderire con entusiasmo ormai già da un anno. Un gesto nobile e ricco di significati: l'adozione di 3 o più Presidi nel proprio menu è un grande contributo alla salvaguardia e alla valorizzazione di alcuni prodotti a rischio di estinzione, perché fagocitati dalle dure leggi del mercato, che rappresentano un vero e proprio patrimonio in termini di gusto, ma soprattutto di storia e cultura dei territori.</span></div>

allo zenzero. Il segreto qui sta nella giusta percentuale di cioccolato: fate

lasciate raffreddare, quindi unite 10 g di succo di zenzero e mezzo bicchierino

e cuocete in forno a 180° C per 10 minuti.</div>
